If you have a UBTV (安博科技) Gen2 IPTV box, you may face with the following problem.

1. Cannot click on any of the UBTV app.
2. There is no new update after reboot.
3. Reboot many times also useless.  Can’t do anything.
4. You have uninstall the UBTV app.  But cannot reinstall it from the UBMarket.

Yes, the software are really crappy.  But they are one of the IP app box that has almost thousands of channels.

You may try the following method to see if it will works.  I am not expert also, but at least by doing so works for my box.

If when you click on the Online TV box…

And after you click the Online TV, you don’t see these 4 boxes, and what you get is 4 boxes with the socket S1, S2, S3 and S4 (pink or maroon colour).  Then, you can try the following.

Go the Settings below on the main page.

1. Uninstall the UBTV app.
2. Reboot.
3. Settings – Speed up.

Click on “Speed up”

Click on Garbage collect to clear all the cache files, and clean up some garbage.

Now, go to re-install the UBTV app.  You should see the percentage bar which mean it is installing.

After you have installed the UBTV, and your Internet has no problem connecting to the servers, you should get the below.
