Buy Medicine in JB again! Big Pharmacy @ Bukit Indah

Date:  August 30, 2019

Yesterday, I went to pick up my VEP RFID.  While on the way home, I stopped by Bukit Indah.  There is this big Pharmacy called “Big Pharmacy” just opposite AEON mall, besides those foot massage place and MacDonald.

Ooi, really, it is called Big Pharmacy.  Here is the address.

So, I bought all my medicine from JB now.  Last trip I bought it from one of the Pharmacy at Taman Seri Tebrau opposite the Tebrau Market there.  And I already show you the great savings you can have.  Pay only three quarters or two third lesser than you get from Pharmacy in Singapore.

This Big Pharmacy Bukit Indah sells even cheaper.  hahaha

Here is the price.

If you recalled from  my previous posting, the other store selling at the following… (Only three as they do not have stock on Norvasc.  That was back in January when I bought from there first time and posted on MiniLiew.  If you remember what I said, the Aunty even give me a 5% further discount.

I did a comparison.  Every kind of medicine is cheaper by a few dollars or more.

The young chap there, even asking me if I have heart condition, so I told him about my quadruple heart by-pass operation a year ago.  Then, he recommend me that if I am taking Tocotrienols.  I told him I have not heard of this.

So, it is Vitamin E.  I did told him that I am taking some Nuskin multi-vits.  He said, this tocotrienols is good for preventing heart problem.

So, I bought 2 to try out.  Wah this supplement not cheap ya.  More expensive then all my medicines.  hahaha RM150 per bottle is about SG$50 per bottle.  Buy and try la.

Just you are wondering why I split the receipt.  Because I join as a member, so, every 1000 credit I have RM10 vouchers.  Joining member is free.

The pharmacist also ask me if I am taking any fish oil.  For the heart of course.  And after chatting with him, I tell him to get me 2 bottles of Omegaxanthin.

Then, he asked me a big huge question.  Do you need a transparent plastic bag?

I then asked him, for what use?  He said some of the customers ask for him so that they can remove the box and put it into the transparent plastic such as this.

Oh…. I see… customs.. hahahaha

Final comments:

The medicine in general already very cheap compared to what you get from Singapore.  I think which store you buy does not matter bah… although some stores are more expensive, but in general the key savings are there.  A few ringgits or even RM12 wont make a lot of difference la.

But I found this Big Pharmacy carries every thing.  So, it is kind of convenient.  Previous months, I have been to different stores but mostly does not have full stock of one of the item I need.
