This is me, and I love to play golf. Here are some thoughts.
- Golf is a good exercise. It work out your leg, it work out your hands, it definitely work out your whole body and mental. The more you do, the more is better for your health.
- Play golf makes you happy. Happy cure almost all illness. Be happy all the time.
- If you plan to play more often in golf, please make sure you have the correct golf swings. Don’t use hands, don’t watch Youtube and simply any how learn. Learn from golf coach. Like me, my two recent coaches are TK and Jinny, both KLPGA players before. So, I would tell them, please correct my swings so that I will not hurt myself. For the past 2 years, I have been playing golf very healtily, thanks to both TK and Jinny. And yes, I just kept continue to take lesson, and change my swing bits by bits. And it makes me happy. Later will share some of the scores.
- This coming friday will be my 115th game of year 2025. Most people will wonder why I can play so much golf without hurting my body. Well, besides learning the correct swing, you also need to do some health thingy. You know I am strong believer of health thingy. So, I went to AESPI twice a week to use their BIXEPS machine to activate my muscle and to maintain my mitocondrial. At night, I sleep around 9 usually and had 6-7 hours of sleep with 1-2hrs deep sleep. On my bed there are grounding sheets to make sure I ground myself when I sleep. I do 1-2 times TCM massage to help recovery too. Sometimes, I will soak my legs in hot water and had a leg massage by my leg massage machine. I also take some supplements to replenish energy. I don’t apply sun lotion, as these lotion, blocks the UV rays that is needed to activate my own body defense and produce Vit-D and necessary thingy to protect me.
Of course, when I play golf, I do intermittent fasting. Only in Singapore. When you are oversea, beh tahan, must eat huge breakfast.

Only bad habit I have is I drink a little too big when I play golf. But I told myself, as long as I golf a lot, a lot of exercise will counter the drinking bad thingy. That is Esther from the half way house at Bukit. So, every game in Bukit I will take 2 glasses of highball.

Make 6 pars and 1 birdie. But because this is the very first time I carry my bag since 2 months ago… I only bring enough clubs to play golf. But surprisingly thru course management, I still can score pars and birdie. But because of not enough clubs i end up with many triples and doubles too.

Sunday I found a new golf kaki, Lydia. Actually I nickname her Lydia Ko. We love to saddam her. from 3-3-3, to 3-3-2 to 2-3-2, we team-men lost 9-holes, 9-holes and 7-holes with 3 holes not played. Every week, she will get a throphy (a nice french wine) from me, but every new game, we will reduce the strokes given to her. For your info, 2-3-2 means, give 2 strokes for par 5, 3 strokes for par 4, and 2 strokes for par 3. Next game will be 1-3-2 as specified by Lydia Ko.

Last Saturday, I was in Phoenix Gold and I manage to get 6 pars and a score of 90.

Last Friday, we played at Robert Trent Jones designed course and it is so long and difficult. Managed a 6 pars game too. I scored 89.

Last Thursday at Muang Kaew Thailand. May be too tired taking early flight. Did not play that well. Only 3 pars 1 birdie. Played 93.
Let’s try to break more 90 in future games.
