The other day, when I was doing my morning walk, I cut thru this HDB block from West Coast Highway to Clementi area. And I saw this Peranakan Restaurant. Never tried before. (Please take note, they will be moving to Temasek Club @ Rifles Range there by the end of April 2018).
So, today, after we cut short our visit to NUS High School Open House (we actually spent less than 30 minutes in NUS High, don’t like it. hahaha), so we end up eating lunch at this restaurant.

We love the Ngoh Hiang… Especially Kay, who has eaten 4 of it.

This is Buah Keluak chicken. Not bad. Love it. The sauce is nice. A bit spicy.

The kong bak. This is for Kay. Non-spicy. put all sauces on the rice, and eat, nice!

The binjal & lady fingers with ikan bilis is nice.

A bit salty, but the squid ink with the eggs inside the squid is nice.

The Chap Shuay is nice.

Perhaps the best thing is this sambal belacan.

OK, I am a simple person. And every one has different taste buds. I like the food here. So as my wife and my sons. 🙂 I am not sure about you.
That is why we clear all the plates. hahahaha

They are moving end of April to this new location. Temasek Club.

They will be open 7×24.
