If you own an Apple iPhone 6S (not 6S Plus), and your iPhone does shutdown unexpectedly, then you are eligible to change the battery for free.
For my case, when I was in Australia, I used my son’s iPhone 6S to run Waze to navigate. And suddenly the iPhone shutdown, and we don’t know what is going on. I thought Jay spoil his iPhone again. hahahaha But then my friend also face similar shutdown on his iPhone 6S, then we know it is a recall program.
First, you go to this website to check your serial number. You can get your Serial number from Setting -> General -> About.
https://www.apple.com/support/iphone6s-unexpectedshutdown/

Once confirm your iPhone is eligible for the change, then, you can walk in into any of these Apple authorised repair shops.

The one I used is QCD @ Tradehub 21, because it is close to my home. These are their locations…

They might have some queue. But should be quite fast.
Please do a BACKUP of the iPhone before you go. Otherwise you going to lose everything.

1 hour later, I come and pick up.

And it is done. Fixed.
