Finally, it has arrived in Singapore!
It is fun, it is funny and it is healthy and it is dangerous.

So, here are some of my tips for kids play.
- I don’t install Pokemon on my son’s mobile phone. You know it is dangerous to do so.
- So, if my sons wants to experience what is Pokemon Go!, they have to play it on my iPhone.
- And the rule is, they have to play in dual mode. One holding the iPhone with Pokemon Go, and the other need to hang on to his hand or his back and help to see the road in front of him. As a parent, I will be watching them from behind and constantly give reminders to them.
- As long as you watch out where they were going, it is fun for them to play it.
- You know they will discuss it in school. Do not let your kids feel “left out” from their friends. If their friends are playing, then, let them play. Let them experience it. Just don’t install it on their phone.
Actually, this game is amazing.
If you are single, and every week you feel there is nothing to do, or trying to find things to do, you can start call up your friends and gang up go to the mall or some place to find pokemons.
If you are fat, let’s start walking. Especially when you incubate the eggs, you need walking energy. 5KM, 10KM or more. So, it is very healthy to get people moving.

For me, I brought my camera gear along, because you don’t know what you will see while looking for Pokemon. And it let you walk into places where you have not seen before.

When is the last time, you walk from Clarke Quay to Boat Quay on foot. See what I mean?

If you don’t walk, can you find this?

Some times it is quite embarrass to point your iPhone towards people and they think you are trying to get a picture of them, but in reality, you are trying to flick your finger on the screen and trying to capture the Pokemon. Now, where is the pokemon?

Now, waiting for kids when they have enrichment classes has a whole new meaning. While they are attending the class, you can actually loiter around and try to catch Pokemon. But “Ooi!” remember to come back in time to pick them up ya! hahahaha

How many times when you go to a shopping mall, and your aim is to get to the NTUC, get to the book stores, get to the restaurant and you actually ignore all the surroundings.
By playing Pokemon, it helps you to “see more things”.

Visiting the Pokestop by actually being there or near it, allows you to see Singapore more than you have seen it in the past. Now you know there is a dragon graffiti some where in one of the tunnel at Clarke Quay.

Let your Pokemon fight in a Gym is not actually what I have in mind and what I found it fun.
Trying to “Catch’em All” is the ultimate aim. So, what me and the kids do yesterday after the robotics class was amazing. From Liang Court, we end up in Mount Faber, we later went to Labrador Park, then, we went up Kentridge Hill, then, we go to PUMP PETROL.
Hahahahahahaha… yeap, doing in the car to visit the PokeStop is fun too. And some time, you might need to stop the car at the car park to walk around. Pretty fun! And really you can get a lot a lot of stuffs.
And “oh No!!!!!!” my bag is full…. So, temptation is always there. It is only $4.99 to get these Poke Golds. And I need storage. So, what a heck… bought and upgraded my bags. So, are you sure this Pokemon can’t earn huge profits for Nintendo?

If you never own any nintendo game console, you will not appreciate or not know what is Pokemon.
But now, you do.
Well done, Nintendo. After the Wii, this is the next big thing you have done good!
And yesterday, almost every where you go.
When you see people holding the phones in front of them… There are looking for Pokemons.
Kids, grown ups, teenagers, old man like me, every one is playing…

For me, extra fun when I can take out my camera to take photo.
And I actually walked more than 10,000 in that two hours.

Be careful when you play.
Be considerate.
Don’t jump out the street suddenly.
Don’t drive and pokemon at the same time.
Be safe.
And don’t play it alone.
