In Singapore, when you withdraw money from ATM, the ATM card will return to you before they dispense the cash. Like this you will never forget to get your ATM card.

In Bangkok, WOW. This is different.

They will dispense the cash, then ask you a question “Do you need receipt?” then, after press NO, the ATM card will slowly come out. This is where if you are in the rush, your muscle or body memory will prompt you to ran off after you get your cash, press the NO. If you do not take the card, the ATM machine will eat up your card. And it is a very long winding process to get back your card.

Don’t say it never happen to you. It actually happen to me.

And at night at the restaurant, when you try to pay using that card, you were like “Hey, where is my Revolut card???” and you recall recall and cannot remember, until you launch the app and found out the last activity you do is to withdraw money at the hotel ATM. And then you “Oh Shit!!!”

Its too late.

So, let’s cancel the card.

and reapply for a new card.

And after few days, the new card came.

What a careless mistake I make. wahahahaha
