Miniblog: A Good Sleep

Take a look at my sleep yesterday. It was very energetic and good.

I slept around 8-9pm and try to sleep before the body detox cycle. Google it, there is a body clock explaining the detox timing for each organs in your body.

I usually those Japanese Emzyme that helps to burn fats and make you sleep well during night.

For my age, I also try not to drink too much water before sleep.

I used AutoSleep on my Apple Watch. Yes, I sleep with my Apple Watch.

That’s it.

Remember, it is not a matter of longer sleep. It is how deep sleep you are that keeps you happy and healthy.

Again… a day later…
