On March 13, 2016 Jay Jay received his Second Poom Belt for Taekwondo.  And we are going to continue to let him take the Third Poom.  However, the Third Poom grading can only be taken 2 years later which is the PSLE year.  Let’s see how it goes.

This is the change belt ceremony.

It is very good to let the kids learn self-defence.  I think it will be useful when they grow up.

The Poom belt is the equivalent of black belt in Taekwondo.  They called it a Poom belt (half black half red) for kids that is younger than 15 years old.  When Jay reach 15 years old, he can slowly convert all his Poom belt to Black belt.

Now I feel very safe.  I know my kid will have lesser chance been bully by elder bullies.  🙂

Of course, it helps to keep Jay fit too!
