Go find some greek olives oil, with fresh green olives and some nuts and feta cheese, you will have a nice bowl of 99.9% organic salad.

The Kale is not so bitter some how.  Not sure why, but it is tasty.

Of course, there are some other veggies inside too.

Thank you our urban farmer to provide nice greens and veggies for the salad.

Thanks the Aquaponic farm @ Balcony to keep the urban farmer (my wife) busy.

Thanks Kay Kay for his hard work too.

Both of them plant the seeds, watch the veggies grow, and eat them.

Of course, thanks the fish for feeding nutrients to the plants.

And thanks the plants for cleansing the water for the fish.

All works in a cycle.

And then consumed by human.  yeah!  We are still at the top of the food chain.  yeah!

Thanks to the people who invented this smart Aquaponic way of farming.

No chemical, and 99.9% organic (Why I said 99.9% because we feed the food to the fish.  and I am not sure if those food pellets are organic pallets or not).  But it is good enough for your body to have a nice clean food to eat, instead of eating the pesticides, etc.
