I am a Fu Chow.

So, Jay & Kay is a Fu Chow.

By right, Fu Chow people likes to drink Fu Chow Red Wine Chicken Mee Sua.

Today, our lunch is Fu Chow Red Wine Chicken Mee Sua.

Who made the Fu Chow Red Wine leh?

Today we used the bottle of Fu Chow red wine brewed by this guy.

Jay Jay learned how to make Fu Chow red wine a few months ago.

Making Fu Chow red wine is an art and it needs a study hand and hopefully the “right person” to brew it.  Some times wrong person may brew a sour Fu Chow red wine.

Jay carefully covered the red wine and wait for it to turn into red wine.

Ah, may I introduced the other little chef… Chef Kay.

He also make a bottle.

They are having lots of fun to learn new things every day.  It is very important to teach these life skills.  They love it, and they learned it.  Hopefully, these life skills will benefit them when they grew up.  Hey… who does not like a man that can cook?  hahahaha
