There is this small little restaurant hiding inside Faber Hills shop house here.
This is the restaurant I visited many times.
108 Faber Dr. Faber Hills, Singapore 129418. (6873-0095)
The reason I visited this because
- It is really very near to my home. About 700 meter away.
- The seafood is fresh.
- The Sake is damn good.
- Louis, one of the owner is the Sake Sommelier.
- Both my sons love the food here.

Most of the Sake is reasonable priced.

This (right one) is the Sake I like.

This week, we tried a new Daiginjo. And it is surprisingly good and it goes well with all the food we ordered.

They can eat a lot here.

Butter Clams soup is always my favourite that goes well with the Sake.

This dish I ordered every time. It has lots of cabbage under the omelette cheese and eggs.

This week, I found a new dish that I like. The waiters secretly told us this is the dish the owner Louis likes to eat on daily basis. You won’t guess what it is from the outside.

Yes! Nato. The fragmented beans. And some how, the funny funny taste is not inside this omelette and they make it such a pleasant dish to eat and yet healthy dish. I love it!

Nato… 纳豆 … Yummy and delicious …

We ordered two plates of these. Very nice fried silver fish. Of course is not for us, its for the kids.

Kay Kay favorites… The tasty unagi.

The smooth chawanmushi.

The omakaze Yakitori.

We always ask them to give more Yakitori veggies.

And the meat yakitori especially those chicken skins, etc very nice.

Chicken liver.

Chicken wings.

Last week I did not ordered any Shasimi. But their Shasimi is nice and fresh too. Especially the Uni and Ikura. It is Kay’s favourite.
