After the morning walk, about 2.5 hours of non-stop walking and bird watching.  We are hungry.  So, the tour agency arranged us to have lunch here.

Shiraoi Beef place.

Iwasaki is a famous restaurant for Shiraoi beef.

I have never heard Shiraoi beef before.  But apparently, it is very famous in Hokkaido.  It is their home grown beef.  Similar to Kobe beef from Kobe.

From their facial expression, you know they are hungry and tired.

Don’t worry, food is coming, let’s take some nice photo first.

Let’s take a look at the menu.  It is all beef.

The steaks really look very tasty.

And we are a bit worry as the menu are all beef and steaks, what will Kay Kay eat?

The stove is heated hot.

Here comes our first beef.  Wow!

You don’t have to cook for a long time.  Depends how you want it to be.

Look at that layer of thick thick fat.  NICE!

More beef in the cooking.

And this is the well done one.

Amazing, I have never eat the beef like this before.  So, we just keep grilling the steak.  And eat until our stomach is full.

Strong recommendation from me.  Must try!
