Jay Jay loves to eat crème brûlée.

So, yesterday he asked us to buy some ingredients for him so that he can cook it.

Apparently, he found the recipe from Instagram??? And he is going to follow that recipe.

This is part of the recipe.

Wow, he needs 6x egg yogs.

He is using the new Hitachi steamer to do it.  I also not sure why he has to pour water in to the tray.

I think he just want to play with the torch la.

He test it on one cup.

First cup failed.  Too soft.  So, got to put in the fridge for more time.  More freezing.

So, he wait a while.  Let it freeze more in the fridge.

Then, he took out and torched it.

OK la.  First trial.

Let’s try it out and see if it is good.

As I knocked on the surface, and its good.

But my cup still a bit soft.  His cup is more better jelly like.

He loves his creation.
