This weekend my wife has a Aquaponics road show @ Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park at the NParks event. So, its going to be a busy week. Me and kids also will show up there to give support.
But we still need to do groceries. So, I tried this.
I ordered the groceries on Thursday. and ask them to deliver on Friday morning 7-9am.
And right on the spot on Friday, it came.
Take a look at how they delivered… using Red Box of course.
Very professional.
I also ordered meat.

Veggies & fruits…
Bought my coconut water in a box. hahaha Usually I don’t like to carry so many back home. Now can get this delivered.
Just to test it out. I also order ice cream.
And surprise!!!! Still hard and cold. I think there must be a red box that they put ice in it.
In general, my first experience with RedMart.Com is good.
And the food & meat delivered are fresh and properly handled.
I am not so sure about the price, but it looks “similar” to what I can remember.
But the plus points is…
- If you don’t like to bring home the “heavy” stuffs… you can order thru online groceries, and get them delivered to your door steps.
- It is convenient. You go to the web site, order what you need, and then, arrange them to deliver. The only thing is they cannot deliver so fast, the lead time is next day delivery.
- The food, fruits and meat are fresh, and properly handled. before that, one of the major worries is that the veggies are not so fresh. But in fact, it looks exactly the same as you get from NTUC or Cold Storage. Before that I thought they will go pick up the groceries from other major groceries store, but then, after I take a look, I think they are the groceries store without the store front.
So, I think from time to time, I will use more or more of such service. And I can’t wait for Amazon to come in.
