If you are in Desaru for golf, there isn’t a lot of things you can do beside drinking teh Tarik. we are lucky that it is durian season and there is a store at the Bandar Panawar there along the road to Desaru that whole stretch of shop houses. It is a road side store. And the durians is from own orchard at Batu Pahat.
The key Malay word to learn is “pahit” which is bitter in English.
They also have some MSK too.
We started we 2-3 durians and end up keep ordering another 2-3.
It is not that top top quality but no fish at least we have shrimps. Hahahaha
This is the kampung durian lor. We enjoyed it.
